Lunch & Dinner service 5 days per week prepared by Executive Chef, Christopher Zimmerman, who holds a Culinary Arts degree from the Western Culinary Institute (Portland, OR) & Certificate in Food Service Safety & Sanitation. He was a culinary educator at Santa Rosa Junior College, chef in the U.S. Army from 2004-2007, and Assistant Chef at one of Fresno’s most prestigious restaurants, The Ripe Tomato. Chris also earned first place honors in the Senior Chef Category at the Ft. Campbell Culinary Tournament in 2004.
