Why are Sigma Chis so successful in their personal and professional lives? This is a 150-year-old question that can be answered fairly easily:

But what makes values-based leaders different from other leaders? Many ambitious people are motivated by greed, a need for recognition, or fear of failure. A Sigma Chi is also ambitious, but is directed by a strong set of core values. He is motivated to serve others and achieve noble outcomes. He is often acclaimed by others, though he neither requires nor expects recognition for his actions. Most importantly, his core values allow him to be confident in his decisions, resolute when confronted with adversity, and adept at inspiring the best from those around him.
For these reasons, Sigma Chis are found in more leadership roles than any other fraternity or student group.
